The food was super disappointing. I ordered the orange chicken, sweet and sour, fried rice, and lo mein. The orange chicken was meh, honestly feel like you’re better off getting Panda Express. The sweet sour was really interesting…it had such a weird flavor. Do not get it. The fried rice was an after thought and the lo mein had decent flavor but not great. Overall I think 2 stars is being generous. Very very disappointed.

I ate here with my oldest son and we were duly impressed with the flavor, the fresh taste and decent amount of food served. I live in SE Asia for over two years and my son served in the military in the Philippines. We have actual experience in the original foods. G.C. is very authentic. They have a good selection of foods to include food for those who are vegetarians. I will certainly eat here again and my son approved also. The restaurant is clean. The rest room is clean, which I equate to a clean kitchen. The prices are very good and they do have lunch specials with a good selection. I recommend Golden Chopsticks to enjoy a great meal in a comfortable atmosphere.

Please read before supporting this establishment. I had a very disappointing experience at Golden China today that left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I placed a to-go order and waited inside along with several other customers. During that time, I observed the employee — a tall Chinese woman with glasses — personally hand food orders directly to every other customer waiting. However, when my order was ready, instead of handing it to me the same way she did everyone else, she loudly called out my order and tossed the bag onto the table for me to walk over and retrieve myself. As a Black man, experiences like this stand out because they are not isolated incidents in life. When you visibly see everyone else treated with one level of courtesy while you are treated differently, it is difficult not to recognize it. Respect should be consistent for every customer. What bothered me even more is that this goes beyond race alone. Even for people reading this who may feel this issue does not affect them personally, the larger concern is integrity, professionalism, and basic human decency. TLDR - Good prices, poor/No service or drink refills, food not bad but not as advertised (all sweet, no spice). Small but nice, quiet place though some light music would have been nice instead of the Chinese language cooking show on TV. The hostess/server handed us menues then walked away to stand behind the register where she spent most of her time while we were there only interacting with patrons if they came to her or it was time to collect payment. There were 3 other parties there, all already eating but we didn't see her interact with anyone or us unless they went to the register to request takeout boxes. We had to do the same. We ordered beef with garlic sauce & Mongolian beef, both of which were supposed to be spicy but were both very sweet as were the "crab" rangoons. I asked the server about it and she claimed they were supposed to be sweet even after I pointed out they are marked on the menus as spicy dishes. The food wasn't bad but not what we ordered or expected. I had to refill my husband's drink from my own because there was no service from the server or hostess though she was very quick to bring our check when we were done. First time here. I had the seafood casserole with steamed rice - yum! Cleaned my plate and it was a generous portion. Excellent service and a variety of selections.
